Web-Based Training

Clear, narreted and motivating

Purpose: With web-based training (WBT) your employees can efficiently and demonstratively gain foundation knowledge. They work their way through medium-sized learning units of 10 to 20 minutes’ duration following a predetermined and guided path through the media.

Knowledge transfer: A narrator accompanies your employees through the WBT and explains the topic in detail. At the same time the corresponding visual cues in the form of texts, graphics and photographs are displayed or animations are played. Knowledge is gained using interaction between your employee and the WBT program. This ensures an appealing and motivating learning experience. Impulse questions and short films facilitate the introduction of individual topics. Various types of exercises allow your employees to assess their own learning progress and success.

Area of use: WBTs are suited for use within the framework of an E-Learning or blended learning training measure.

Provision: Interactive training cards can be used on mobile end devices (tablets) as well as standard PCs, macs and laptops.
