Service Desk

Welcome to the inside Business Group Service Desk. The service desk is the central contact point for all customer questions, enquiries and problems regarding our services and products. Our aim is to provide our clients with full support in the application of our products and the use of our services and ensure that they run seamlessly and reliably for you. Providing top service for our clients is the number one priority for our service desk specialists.

Our service desk is available Monday to Friday during our ususal business hours of 09.00 to 17.00. Extended service desk times are available via seperate service levels. Services up to a 24-hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year are available – please enquire for further informtation.

Remote diagnostics

To provide optimal support for our clients we also offer remote diagnostics in the case of, for example, technical problems. To do this we use the software Teamviewer, which can be started via the following link:

Browser check

You can also carry out a browser check using the following link. This checks to see whether the system you are using meets the system requirements necessary for the use of our products. It shows you, for example, which components need to be installed or updated.
